We provide a tough, challenging and diverse exercise regimen that unleashes your inner athlete. Our Resurgence Boot Camp is a 4 week program that meets 3 days a week for 1 hour each day. We incorporate a wide variety of exercises, including, core conditioning, short distance running, self defense, strength and circuit training, Pilates, sports drills, interval training, and much more!

We don't get caught up in equipment, fad exercises and screaming. We employ non-traditional methods of exercise that strengthen your abs, improve your lung capacity and most of all, we give our campers the confidence to attack life's obstacles, challenges and goals. After all, Life Is Easier When You Are In Shape!

People who stick to our program improve their Body Composition, Speed and Flexibility. Their clothes fit better, their work productivity improves, and they are more optimistic and adventurous. They eat healthier, they sleep soundly and they confidently challenge anyone to a Push-Up battle!

 


 

Beginner Boot Camp

Resurgence Health and Fitness recognizes that the beginning of a workout program has it’s challenges. Our “Beginner Boot Camp” program gives you the jumpstart you need.

This program will be comprised of explanation and teaching and will include low impact types of exercise. But know: you will get a workout, you will sweat and you will see results. You will be pushed and encouraged at the same time. You will see that an hour will pass by quickly because you are really having FUN. Our instructors are there to help you, build you and support you.

You will also learn a healthy approach as to what type of foods you put into your body. It is important to think of your body as a finely tuned machine that needs nourishment to be healthy and to sustain a good workout.

At the end of the 4 weeks you just might find yourself ready to take on the Intermediate Boot Camp!
