Butts and Gutts
Time to Tone!
Butts and Gutts is an OUTDOOR class focused on training your core muscles and glutes. This is an intense Sculpting series that will get you that tight, toned body we are all striving for. In addition to our focused booty and belly training, we will stimulate weight loss through various resistance exercises. This is the best way to get prepared for a day on the Lake!

The Theory Behind Butts & Gutts is simple: consistent training and mastery of specific exercises will train, tone and strengthen targeted muscle groups. B&G is anaerobic with little emphasis on cardiovascular training. Students are encouraged to work at their own level. Modifications will be provided for those with specific challenges. We also do some light resistance training as we strive for ultimate Muscle tone.
All you need is a mat, some water and a great attitude!

All ages, genders, body types and fitness levels are welcome. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and our instructors will ensure you are using proper form. People that consistently participate in Abdominal and Gluteal exercise see improvement in their Posture, Muscle Tone, Fat Reduction and Athletic Performance.
